Benton county, front yard in cul-de-sac- red leaves in fall that drop later than all the other trees planted with housing plan build. Each leaf has 3 prominent veins, tree drops one sided helicopter seed pods

This is proving to be a very difficult tree to identify! Please send some more detailed photos.
Clear closeups of the fruits alone, and also of individual leaves. If you can find any that are less distorted and show the shape clearly, send that.
Are there any serrations on the edges of the leaves, however fine?
Are the leaves opposite or alternate on the branches?
If the fall color strongly red, or softer, with yellows or oranges?

That helps - I think we may have a winner! I believe this is Acer obtusifolium, an uncommon evergreen maple. https://www.worldplants.ca/display0.php?id=6248 Or possibly it's close relative, Acer sepervirens https://landscapeplants.oregonstate.edu/plants/acer-sempervirens
3 veins, check. Narrow samaras, check. Stems opposite - check. Leaves can be lobed or un-lobed - check. Hardy here (many evergreen maples aren't) - check. Not sure about the fall color, but many maples do that.

Thank you! I believe it is a Acer obtusifolium. I’ve looked and can’t find a life expectancy. Do you know what it might be in this area?

I don't have any information on the longevity of this tree. That is really hard to predict because it depends so much on environmental conditions. Under optimum conditions - which would include summer water here - it will live much longer than if it is stressed.
