Once it arrives it can kill a large tree within four years.

We can't see for sure but at least the tree in the center looks like it is already in an advanced state of decline.
If you have others that aren't as affected you could contact a certified arborist to come and evaluate those trees. There are chemical controls that can be used that only licensed pesticide applicators can apply.
