What are these tiny bugs that are all over my porch screen? They are the size of a tick but look bigger because I zoomed in.

Expert Response
Hello,
Good news and bad news. The bad news is I cant tell exactly what it is. The good news is its a weevil of some sort. Theres a few absolutely tiny species that are extremely abundant right now. Some look similar to bugguide images of Mecinus pascuorum. You can tell its a weevil by the very distinctive 'snout' or nose. Weevils are entirely herbivorous and most do little to no discernible injury to plants.
Hope that helps!
