This looks like a horse chestnut tree.

It is a beautiful tree with wonderful flowers! They do produce spiky fruits that drop into the yard.
If you decide to keep it (I would!!) they you will certainly have to move it to a new location as the tree has a spreading branch pattern.

Be sure to call MIss Dig first - and plant this tree as far from any overhead wires as possible.
