Disease Redbud #870305

Is there any hope for my Bailey MN Strain Redbud? It is 7 yrs old. The leaves on one side of the tree have mostly died-dead limbs. The bloom this year was okay but not its beautiful one. Any help would be appreciated. thank you.

Sorry, but it could be almost anything: stem-girdling roots, nearby construction, mechanical damage to the trunk, insects, weather, and so on.  Photos might help me, especially of the base of the trunk.  However, if a major portion of the tree has died, you should have a certified arborist look at it:
