What is this  growing in my garden?  Is it a weed?  Should I keep it ?

Hello,

From your picture, it appears that you may have a type of Yarrow, if you are talking about the center plant growing in the shape of a little cone/x-mas tree.

Yarrow is a common perennial and there are many varieties of it. Once it blooms, the flower color can help with a more definitive ID. Here is more information about Yarrow:

Hope this helps!

Yes, there are some varieties that can spread. Some will behave though. It just depends on what kind you have.

I would just keep an eye on the area it's planted in and remove any baby sprouts as they pop up, or IF they pop up.
