In reference to elephant garlic, Currently, I am growing roughly 2500 plants on 30" raise beds as well as 4" by 8"beds, which is manual labor operations. In terms, I would like to scale the operations to 10,000 plants by using optimized speed and precision equipment. So, what are recommendation for mechanical seeding and harvesting garlic?
