Yellow rose leaves #870033

Hello! Please see attached pictures. I am not sure if this is rust? Hopefully you can help me identify what is happening to this Peace rose and how to treat it. Thank you!

Hello!  From the photos you sent, it could possibly be RMV (rose mosaic virus).  However, the best way to get a positive identification would be for you to bring some leaves to the CSU extension office in Longmont, where diagnosticians can take a look at them; from there treatment can be recommended.  Take care,
