Extension is staffed by trained volunteers to research and answer questions for the public. We do not come to homes or businesses to offer professional landscape services. 

I would suggest you interview at least 3 landscapers to get bids on your project. If you have seen a yard you liked, ask for a recommendation from them. 

If you want to do this yourself, I would recommend visiting your local library where they would have a number of books on the installation process or just to get ideas on the look you want. You will want to make your you check drainage time and that could involve more work than is reasonable for a local homeowner.
