I have a couple of these in my raised garden bed, but not sure what they are. The stems are fuzzy. They very in size from about 4 inches tall to about 18 inches tall.

This is a type of nightshade. Potatoes are in the nightshade family, but so are several types of weeds that look very similar (also with white flowers). If you did not intentially plant potatoes in this space, then consider these weeds. You can pull or dig them out.
There is also what appears to be poison hemlock right next to the nightshade (indicated in the attached photo). It looks like there are purple blotches on the stems, which is a characteristic of poison hemlock. Here is our fact sheet about that plant. This also can be pulled or dug out by hand (wear gloves). This should be done before the development and dispersal of seeds.
