Unfortunately, we are unable to answer mushroom identification questions due to liability and the danger of being incorrect. We currently don't have any mycology experts in our system that can answer.
Alternatively, you could try the Oregon Mycological Society at https://www.wildmushrooms.org or at their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/OregonMycologicalSociety/ to see if they can identify this fungus.
