Can you tell me what is causing the leaves on this redbud to be all curled, it seems to be in other trees around too maybe a box elder and mulberry and I think our blueberries too, but the redbud is the worst.

Hello Sean,
Those wavy leaf edges and distorted, mottled foliage on the redbud looks like herbicide injury to me. Has your yard been treated for anything, either last fall or early this spring? The fact that multiple tree species are exhibiting symptoms seems to point to something other than a disease. Nearly all plant diseases are species-specific, meaning your redbud wouldn't infect your mulberry or blueberry. Without any further information, my best theory would be herbicide injury.
