Is there any special tips for starting spinach from seed? I have direct seeded in the garden, nothing came up. I started seed indoors with brand new seeds, one plant germinated? Any ideas?

Spinach can be very slow to germinate. Please see the link for suggestions to improve the % of seeds that germinate. The seed packet also has information about the time required and temperature.
