Hi I have these 2 plants and need to know what they are and if they are weeds or not. I also would like to know if they are invasive, or not.

The plant in your first photo looks like Golden alexanders (Zizia aurea), which is native to Maryland.
The plant in your second and third photos looks like it could be obedient plant (Physostegia virginiana), but we would need to see the flowers to confirm. Obedient plant is also native/not invasive. These do not look like weeds. You could leave them until they flower and then we'd be happy to take another look at photos then.
