We don't have any mushroom growing classes planned at the moment, but our urban agriculture program is hoping to offer something in the coming year. To get notified, you could subscribe to the Urban Agriculture newsletter.
We have an FAQ with some links to other states' mushroom resources. Cornell in particular has some great specialty mushroom resources.
There are a few companies that sell either pre-inoculated bags for commercial growers, or inoculated grain spawn.
