My peach tree that is approximately 3 -4 yrs old is oozing at trunk. Is there an all in one treatment to save this tree. Is there somewhere here in Columbus I can get the soil tested for deficiencies.

Treatment of the tree should be based on diagnosis of the problem. I do not know of any all in one treatments for problems. I recommend you contact an arborist to examine the tree and discuss your options. You can find and arborist at this LINK.
