How to protect backyard peach and pear trees from insects , worms etc? #869725

Every year our little pear tree produces 100s of pears but every single one has worms in them. This year our little peach tree has a ton of peaches along with our pear tree. What can we do to keep the insects away? And still have safe and edible produce?

If you have fruit trees, you will have pests and disease, so you need to educate yourself and plan for management. Fruit trees are subject to many common pests and diseases including bacterial infections, cankers, mildews, and pests like coddling moth and various borers.
