I live in a suburban neighborhood in Beaverton and I have ticks in a large Maple tree in my front yard. I've had some on my dog, one in my hair and one jumped onto my daughter's sweater. The tree and yard need spraying and I'm having a hard time finding anyone to do it. Any suggestions would be helpful. This is new to me, I've never seen a tick in this area before. Thanks

Hi Louise and thanks for your question about getting rid of ticks, but I really need to see a picture of the beastie before I can make a recommendation. I'll attach an article about ticks and you can make sure that is what you are dealing with. It also gives some ideas of how to lower the population in your yard.
