Dear Patricia,
I recommend contacting the company directly and explaining your intended use to see if it is suitable, and if it is, how soon animals and people can be in contact with the surface. I cannot find any information regarding livestock/animals beyond the following:
PRECAUTIONS:
- Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application.
- Do not enter or allow others to enter treated areas until sprays have dried.
- Do not use on feed or food crops. Keep people and pets out of the area during application.
- For any requirements specific to your state or tribe, consult the agency responsible for pesticide regulation.

If you still have questions, call the following:
National Pesticides Information Center (NPIC) at <personal data hidden> seven days a week, 6:30 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Time or
your poison control center at <personal data hidden>.
You may also consider an organic weed killer.
Regardless, follow safe application procedures to avoid water contamination and illness.
