what is the best treatment for apple trees this time of year after the blossoms just dropped?

Thank you for writing.
These look like leaf galls, essentially a tiny insect bites the leaf and a bacteria or virus infects cells causes a small tumor. Leaf edema can also look lilke this but it always tyrb brown as water swelled cells in the leaf die. https://extension.usu.edu/planthealth/ipm/notes_orn/list-treeshrubs/oedema

Thanks for the info. We always get spots on the apples from an insects. What do you recommend for that?
