bumps on honeygold apple tree leaves #869512

what is the best treatment for apple trees this time of year after the blossoms just dropped? the leaves have these bumps on them that we've never seen before

These look like leaf galls, essentially a tiny insect bites the leaf and a bacteria or virus infects cells causes a small tumor. Thanks for the info. We always get spots on the apples from an insects. What do you recommend for that?
