These look like leaf galls, essentially a tiny insect bites the leaf and a bacteria or virus infects cells causes a small tumor.  This is not a signfiicant illnesss. some cases of over waering can look like that . https://mortonarb.org/plant-and-protect/tree-plant-care/plant-care-resources/plant-galls/

Leaf edema can also look lilke this but it always tyrb brown as water swelled cells in the leaf die. https://extension.usu.edu/planthealth/ipm/notes_orn/list-treeshrubs/oedema

I think it is galls.  Send me another pic in a week.

Thanks for the info. We always get spots on the apples from an insects. What do you recommend for that?
