Soil testing for a school garden #869471

Hello! My school has recently been awarded a Farm to School Garden Grant through ODE. We would like to get our soil tested and reached out Yamhill Soil and Water Conservation District as well as some folks at OSU. Neither of these entities were able to provide someone to do the testing. Because of our restricted budget we are sure hoping we can find someone who would do the testing for free or at a reduced rate. Might you have any ideas? We are in McMinnville.
Thank you!

Hi Anna,
I have heard a bit about this grant, feel free to contact me if you need any assistance -
In terms of the soil testing, we don't have the facilities to do full testing here - but we perform pH testing for free in the McMinnville office. I would recommend a professional lab perform a test for you so you have a starting point. Unfortunately, I don't really have connections with the lab on campus. However, generally soil testing is around $35 to $45 for a sample, but of course I don't know how many tests you are considering.
As I mentioned, perhaps we can chat more about this: <personal data hidden>
