I accidently left some cooked ground pork out of the refrigerator for about seven hours. Should I throw it away?

Cooked pork left out that long would probably be risky and not worth getting sick. There are certain bacteria that produce toxin when left at room temperature that are heat resistant and reheating does not destroy it.
Don't feel bad it happens to all of us at one time or another.
