I am not sure what the crop was, etc. but it could be that it was highly digestible and passed through the birds so quick that the manure was runny.
It’s been almost 2 weeks and I’m still keeping her separated. Her appetite comes goes. I’ve tried everything. The other chickens want to fight with her. I’m treating for fungus and giving digestive enzymes now. We believe she had impacted crop, which became sour crop with vent gleet.

According to the British Veterinary Society, vent gleet can be cause by a herpes virus that is not curable. A lab test would have to confirm that.
