My third year plants have beautiful new canes every year, they produce nice flowers. Then the flowers shrivel and the leaves get spots and old canes with the flowers die off.
Help please, I did fertilize early spring and we have had plenty of water

Hi Kim- Thanks for your question about your boysenberry plants not producing. There are so many things that might cause spots on the leaves and affect the flowers! I would like to see some pictures of the canes and the affected flowers, both close ups and as a whole. If it is too late this year for flower pictures, just send the leaf and cane pictures and I'll see if something matches the symptoms.
