I have these two plants that "volunteered" in my yard. Could you please identify them for me?
#1 looks like big grass "swords" that grow about 8" to 12" tall. Occasionally there are small, brown, spiky, mini-ball-like flowers.
#2 The other plant grows very well in a woodland setting. It grows to 1 foot to 2 feet tall (or more) in clusters with tiny yellowish bells that are rimmed in red.
Thank you for any assistance you can give me in identifying these mystery plants.
