It's difficult to say what to do without seeing what you have going on there. Could you possibly send us a photo or two of what you are seeing? Photos can be attached directly to this reply.
It has been very wet lately and it wouldn't be surprising for some mold or fungi to pop up but we'd need to see and know more about the pots/soil etc.
