Expert Response
The leaf damage that you are seeing on the plants in your first photo is caused by four-lined plant bug, which regularly shows up at this time of year. They are secretive and hard to see as they quickly hide/move when you are looking for them.
You can see them here:

The good news is that there is only one generation per year and the plants are not harmed by the damage which will soon be covered up by a new flush of leaves.
Your mystery plant is not poison ivy but looks like a bramble/berry like raspberry or blackberry, which will have thorns.
The brown spots and darkened foliage on the green and white variegated-leaved agastache are also caused by the four-lined plant bug. You can trim out the most affected leaves if you like.
