our neighbor doesn't take care of his yard, and now our beautiful flower garden is overcome with clover. How can we safely get rid of it. We have a dog and want nothing harmful to him.

You can spot spray it with an herbicide but you will ahve to keep your dog away from it until it’s gone.

Depending on the size of your garden, we do recommend you dig and pull it. Once you get it under control, it will be less work to maintain.
