We want to move a 117 year old rose bush. It's about 5' wide by 7' tall. Need to move it thos summer. Going from Dodge County to Winona county where the soil is more sandy.

I myself would not try to move it. Something that big is going to be tough to get the roots out in one piece. Since it is so old I’m assuming it’s got special meaning. If you could find a company that moves small trees they may be able to get it out. It makes me really nervous to even try to tell you how to go about it.
