Donald - Looking at your soil test results I can see that your soil is generally health but increasing the Potassium and organic matter should be your goals.
To address the Below Optimum Potassium, you can purchase a Potassium fertilizer that typically can be found as 0-0-52, 0-0-60, or 0-0-62. With 1,000 sq. ft. you may want to find this product at a grain mill where they carry products in larger bags. Once you have selected your Potassium fertilizer, you can come back to the soil test web site and enter the numbers from the product into the Fertilizer Calculator (found under Tools) and the site will calculate the amount of that product to apply for one year based upon your soil test results. (You could also use the Fertilizer Calculator for your Milorganite product). Spread out the Potassium applications throughout the year so you don't burn the turf. This separate application would be in addition to your Milorganite fertilizer that typically will not contain the Potassium needed for your soil.
I am also including a link below to an article about methods for building the organic matter in your soil.

Hope that helps!
