why are some of my bluberrie blossoms not opening mainly on my dukes

Hi Mike, sorry for the slow response but this question just was reassigned to me. I haven't seen this issue on Dukes in other parts of the state this spring. Hopefully some warm weather moved those flowers to open up. I know that boring is essential for proper flower development so does that look OK in your soil or leaf samples?
