From your photos, it looks like you have Orchard Grass (Dactylis glomerata) a clump forming, coarse textured, cool season perennial grass.  About the only known cultural control is digging it out by hand.  The only chemical control is by non-selective herbicides like glyphosate.  More info in these links:
