Disease on our pear tree #868762

Looking to find what to do about the disease on my pear tree.

Hi Barbara, 

Thanks for reaching out. There may be a couple issues here. The flowers are at petal fall, but look a bit worse than anticipated. I do not suspect a disease on the flowers as the symptoms are not extending down the stems. There may be a frost issue here. We had a late season frost on April 25th that could have damaged them. 

It looks like there is a fungal issue on the leaves as well. Could you send over a couple of close up pictures of the leaves from the top and bottom? That will help me narrow it down to provide you a better solution.
