Unfortunately, do not have someone who can do that for you. Most of the issues we see with trees are related to water and also to issues that trace back to when trees were planted (like girdling roots or trees that were planted too deep). If you'd like to upload some photos, I'd be happy to take a look. Please also let us know how the trees were watered (how, how often, how much water, and whether they got supplemental water in winter).
Please see attached. We have our yard set on a schedule that waters for 20-30 minutes approximately every other day and I am not sure of the percentage of water they get during the cycle, I will have to check with the person that programs the watering schedule. We have watered them a few times during dry periods in the winter and have never had this problem with them before, they have always been healthy. We planted them about 18 years ago by a licensed landscaping company. I hope this will help you evaluate them. If there is anything more let me know.
