Good morning,
I am trying to plan plants for the boulevard. I am wondering if Phlox Subulata would be hardy enough for that type of location. It seems a bit delicate. If it would work, would it overtake other plants such as Stella D'Oro?
Second question is about our Honeycrisp Tree. I would love to avoid chemicals, but our apples are typically inedible due to worms. Any suggestions?
Thank you!

These two web sites should cover your apple question. Bagging apples is a good way to avoid chemicals and insect damage.

As far as overtaking other plants,it depends on the plant. The Stella de'Oro is taller so I don't think it would be overwhelmed by the phlox.
