I have a grapevine that's growing well but has many holes in the leaves.Also have a blueberry bush that had green leaves that turned brown and fell off. what can I do?

Regarding your blueberry bushes, I wonder if root rot was the culprit. Growing them on raised beds should help. Recent rains have been hard on blueberry roots.
