HI I was wondering if someone could look at these pictures and tell me if they are weeds or not, and what they are called? Hoping to get clarification, because I have no idea what they are! Thanks so much.

Laura, the plant in the photos is too dried out to identify. If you have a fresh one, I would encourage you to try to photograph it before you pull it. You are also welcome to take a fresh sample to your local extension office for assistance. Thank you for your question.
