Greetings. I would like to eliminate the attached weeds. Please assist with the best method to get rid of these weeds.

It looks like most of that are tough invasive weeds-
vining perennial Asian Wisteria:

another woody vine called Oriental Bittersweet:

and an annual that starts from seed each year called
Japanese Stiltgrass:

You could try weed-wacking it back low and then tarping the area but the wisteria in particular may be able to run underground and keep going at the edges.
Otherwise, you can follow the directions in the linked pages for control options, including the careful use of a non-selective systemic herbicide containing a glyphosate mixed with a sticker spreader (like Turbo) which helps it stick to the leaves.
Be sure to read and follow all label instructions.

Do you recommend Surfactant for Herbicides, Bioadvanced Brush killer or Ortho Groundclear? I'm seeking a concentrated solution I can mix with water and use in a sprayer.

Extension doesn't recommend particular brands or products, nor do we keep track of all the products on the market (especially online). If the herbicide product itself allows for (or recommends) the use of a surfactant (some might already contain one, so you need to check the label), it can help the herbicide stick to the leaf long enough and resist dripping off or evaporating in order to be more fully absorbed. This especially helps with waxy-leaved weeds like English Ivy or grasses. If the label language is unclear as to surfactant addition, contact the herbicide's manufacturer to be certain it is suitable for use with that specific product, plus which type of surfactant to use.
