How do I kill/remove the quackgrass growing in my raspberry bed?

You have a very difficult task. You can try spot-treating with glyphasate (Roundup), but you put your raspberry plants at risk. Unfortunately, not much else is effective except persistent handpulling. Here is a response to a similar question a few years ago:
