Apple tree pesticide? #868478

I have an apple tree that I have never treated with anything and all the apples are always full of holes and bugs. This year I’d like to spray it but I don’t know what to use, where to buy it, when to use it, how much or how often? I’m ok with the apples not being organic. I included a photo from last years apples.
