Hello, could you help me identify this plant with the clumps of white flowers? It’s growing in a neighbors yard and were enchanted by it - if it’s noninvasive I’d love to know what it is so we could plant it too!

This looks to be a chokecherry, but at this small size it is possible it is a black cherry tree.  The flowers are indeed pretty.  For information about chokecherries and to confirm the identification, see the photos contained in the following links:
