We have a random tree growing in our backyard, now ~7ft tall, and haven't been able to find a similar one in the neighborhood to figure out what this tree will become (grown height, width, roots, etc..). And if this tree is an invasive or problematic one or not.

It looks like a walnut, maybe black walnut, Juglans nigra, or California walnut, Juglans cinerea. See https://landscapeplants.oregonstate.edu/plants/juglans-nigra for additional information. It can be difficult to tell apart walnuts without looking at the fruits. These two species are not native to Oregon, but are not considered invasive.
