Rodents will be a problem in these spaces - wire cloth will rust and they will find a way to get in.
Here are some options to manage them:
Snap traps
Flip traps - https://www.amazon.com/Bucket-Indoor-Outdoor-Humane-Compatible/dp/B0CWGTRCNR/ref=asc_df_B0CWGTRCNR/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=<personal data hidden>4&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=<personal data hidden>70845302&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9029268&hvtargid=pla<personal data hidden>349&mcid=b83d7539ce773b63b2793f548e3dd28c&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjw9IayBhBJEiwAVuc3fhUwOBZQQqv8kg_oTEaj0tio5qLwEiGeMgwQLuvKxZyw96tO7u2xlRoCEhYQAvD_BwE&th=1
Snap traps and Flip traps can be baited with peanut butter. You will need to empty the catch from these traps.
Bait Boxes - https://www.amazon.com/s?k=rodent+bait+boxes+outdoor&i=lawngarden&crid=34IBXD9WM6G5C&sprefix=Rodent+bait+boxes%2Clawngarden%2C128&ref=nb_sb_ss_fb_2_17
Bait boxes should be baited with rodent bait (something like TomCat brand - you will not need to empty these, just keep the bait full)
In my hoop house I use the flip traps and bait stations - they seem to be a pretty good tag team for keeping the populations under control.
