We live in Taylor, MI in Wayne County. Recently we have had 3 foxes take up residence in the heavily foliaged yard next door. We have a dog in a fenced portion of our yard. My wife is concerned because they are coming closer to the house. What should we be concerned about?

Hello and thanks for your inquiry. If you have a very small dog, you may want to make sure you don't let your dog out alone at night, but otherwise you don't have much to worry about. Just don't feed the foxes any human foods as this can make them too comfortable around humans and can then become a nuisance. Also keep any pet food inside or in a sealed container.
