No leaves on my tree #868112

I have a 10y/o maple that has no leaves on it this year. Last year the leaves weee very small and yellow. Save a tree came and fertilized and put iron in the ground. Is my tree dead

Hello Allan,
Thank you for contacting the Colorado State University El Paso County Extension office about your maple tree. Are you able to sent photos of the tree. We request images that show the whole tree in is environment and close up images of the areas of interest. Did Save-A-Tree give you any information on what the issue might be?
The yellowing of the leaves would indication Chlorosis. An Iron deficiency and would explain why Iron was added to the roots of the tree.
