What is this plant? They are coming up in cluster’s where I put in Hydrangeas behind my Irises. But is doesn’t have the serrated leaves so I have no idea.

Identification is tough using only photos before a plant flowers. This looks a lot like one of the perennial Centaurea in my garden.
