Identifying insects from photos can be challenging. I can't quite make out all of the details I would need to provide an identification of this insect. If you can send a closer-up picture of this insect, it might help. Also, more information such as any plants that you have seen them feeding on. The approximate size of the insect would be useful as well.
Is this better? They just swarm on my deck and screens around the outside deck.
