Our Landscape Architecture program will sometimes take on projects for their classes, but it depends on the size and scope of the site, generally they do not do residential landscapes. 

The Oklahoma County Extension Center can provide suggestions and guidance, but will not likely put together a full landscape plan. 

The best option is to check with local garden centers that may offer design services or seek out a local landscape architecture or design firm. The local garden centers may be able to recommend someone or you can do an internet search for businesses in your area.
