Ideal weed pre-emergent granules #867954

What is the ideal pre-emergent to be using in beds with established shrubs and flowers? Weeds are pulled by hand, trying to prevent their re-emergence.

Curtis: In the discussion of your garden, I am assuming that the flowers are perennial flowers that come back every year from established plants. There is a product called Preen that might  work but you need to read the usage label of regular Preen and Extended Use Preen carefully to see if either fit your needs and situation. https://www.preen.com/labels/2464092.pdf
