Is this cheat grass? #867930

Is this invasive cheat grass? It is from Eastern Oregon but I live in Columbia County

Patty: I don't know the grasses east of the Cascade very well but it doesn't look like the pictures I have of cheatgrass. My best guess (and it is largely a guess), is saltgrass. Chip
